Melania Trump arrived in Texas with Donald Trump as the pair prepared to offer help to those affected by Hurricane Harvey, which has ravaged the Lone Star state in recent days.
Melania Trump, 47, changed into black cutoff jeans and a plain white shirt on the plane journey from Washington DC.
She paired this with a pair of Adidas ‘Stan Smith’ black and white trainers.
Melania wore a baseball cap with the words ‘FLOTUS’ emblazoned on the front.
Keeping her eyes covered, the First Lady wore the same pair of large aviator shades she had set off with.
Melania didn’t appear to be wearing much makeup for the outing, with a slick of lip balm the only thing visible on her face.
The First Lady usually wears her hair down in a bouncy blow-dry, but opted to tie it back in a sensible pony tail underneath her cap.
Normally, Melania wears expensive designer brands, but her Adidas Stan Smith trainers are only £50.
Both she and Donald, 71, wore logo baseball caps for their visit to Texas, although the American President chose one that said “USA”.
Earlier in the day the Presidential couple had left Camp David, the retreat in Maryland, to make their way to Texas.
The First Lady unleashed her inner aviator for the journey by wearing a pair of gold-rimmed aviator sunglasses and a khaki-coloured bomber jacket.
The rest of Melania’s outfit was black and structured – she wore a plain black crew neck top and black cropped trousers.
She completed the look with a pair of sky-high black stiletto heels and wore her hair in waves.
Hurricane Harvey was classed as a category 4 hurricane, but has since been downgraded to a tropical storm.
It still continues to bring rain and flooding to the region.
At least nine people have died, and Houston and other parts of Texas have been devastated by Hurricane Harvey.
It is now is beginning to move towards Louisiana.
