Donald and Melania Trump joined French President Emmanual Macron and his wife Brigitte at the annual Bastille Day parade along the Champs-Élysées in Paris on Friday.
Per usual, all eyes were on the first lady.
“On this great day — France’s national day and the 228th anniversary of the French Revolution — Melania and I were proud to stand with the President of France and Madame Macron to celebrate with the French people,” President Trump said in a statement.
The president and the first lady sat alongside the Macrons during the celebration, but Melania might have stolen the show.
She dressed in an elegant floral-print sundress with a pair of royal blue high-heeled shoes for the joyous occasion.
She and her husband appeared to enjoy the parade which featured the United States Army’s First Infantry Division in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the day the storied unit marched in the same parade honoring the alliance between France and the United States.
Shortly after the conclusion of Bastille Day parade, the Trumps headed to the airport and boarded Air Force One to return to Washington.
